ஆங்கில இலக்கணம் - Tense
Future Continuous Tense அல்லது Future Progressive Tense :
எதிர் காலத்தில் நடக்க ஆரம்பிக்கும் என்று நாம் குறிப்பிடும் ஒரு செயல், நாம் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படும் காலத்திற்கு நிற்காமல் தொடர்ந்து நடந்து கொண்டு இருக்கும் என்று நம்பப்பட்டால் அதை Future Continuous Tense என்று சொல்கிறோம்.
அதாவது எதிர்காலத்தில் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட தருணத்தில் வெளிப்படும் ஒரு செயல், நாம் குறிப்பிடும் நேரத்திற்கு முன்பே ஆரம்பித்திருக்கும். ஆனால் அந்த நொடியில் அது முடிவடையாது தொடர்ந்து கொண்டே இருந்தால் அது Future Continuous Tense – ல் அமைந்திருக்கும் வாக்கியமாகும்.
ஆங்கிலம் பேசுபவர்கள் அதிகம் பயன்படுத்தும் ‘tense’ வகைகளில் இந்த Future Continuous Tense – ம் ஒன்று ஆகும்.

நான் வந்துகொண்டு இருப்பேன்.

உணர்த்தும் நிலை :
1] Future Continuous Tense என்பது ஒரு செயல் அல்லது நிலை எதிர்காலத்தில் நடக்கப் போகிறது என்பதைக் குறிக்கிறது.
2] அதே நேரம் இந்த எதிர்கால செயல் அல்லது நிலை தொடர்ச்சியாக நடந்து கொண்டுதான் இருக்கும்.
Future Continuous Tense விதிகள் :
1] Will be அல்லது Shall be கண்டிப்பாக போடவேண்டும்.
2] அதைத் தொடர்ந்து 1st form Verb – வுடன் ‘ing’ சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.
[ அதாவது V+ing ]

1] The baby will be sleeping to his house.
குழந்தை அவன் வீட்டில் தூங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்.
2] I shall be helping for my mother.
நான் என் அம்மாவுக்கு உதவி செய்து கொண்டிருப்பேன்.
3] We shall be cleaning our home.
நாங்கள் எங்கள் வீட்டை சுத்தம் செய்து கொண்டிருப்போம்.
4] He will be singing different kinds of songs.
அவர் விதவிதமான பாடல்களைப் பாடி கொண்டிருப்பார்.
5] She will be coming here.
அவள் இங்கு வந்து கொண்டிருப்பாள்.
6] My sister will be waiting at the gate.
என் சகோதரி வாசலில் காத்துக் கொண்டிருப்பாள்.

நாளை காலை 9 மணிக்கு உங்களுக்காக காத்திருப்போம்.
‘When’ – வரும் போது...
அடுத்தடுத்து இரண்டு செயல்கள் நடைபெறுதலைக் கூறும் போது, நாம் அந்த இரண்டு வாக்கியங்களைச் சேர்க்கும் வார்த்தையாக சில நேரங்களில் ‘when’ என்பதைப் பயன்படுத்துவோம்.
அவ்வாறு Future Continuous Tense – ல் when வரும்போது…
1] நாம் குறிப்பிடும், எதிர்காலத்தில் நடந்துகொண்டே இருக்கும் செயலை Future Continuous Tense லும்,
2] மற்றொரு செயலை Simple Present Tense – லும் கூறவேண்டும்.

- When you arrive, I shall be sitting in the park.
நீங்கள் வரும்போது, நான் பூங்காவில் அமர்ந்து கொண்டிருப்பேன் - I shall be sitting in the park – நான் பூங்காவில் அமர்ந்து கொண்டிருப்பேன் [ Future Continuous Tense ]
- When you arrive – நீங்கள் வரும்போது [ Simple Present Tense ]
- So ‘ When you arrive, I shall be sitting in the park.’
1] When I go home, my children will be reading.
நான் வீட்டுக்குப் போகும் போது, என் பிள்ளைகள் படித்துக் கொண்டிருப்பார்கள்.
2] When Raj come to his house, they will be waiting for him.
ராஜ் அவன் வீட்டுக்கு வரும்போது அவனுக்காகக் காத்துக் கொண்டிருப்பார்கள்.
3] When you return, we shall be waiting here.
நீங்கள் திரும்பும்போது, நாங்கள் இங்கே காத்திருப்போம்.
4] When the owner see, they will be working
in that field.
உரிமையாளர் பார்க்கும் போது, அவர்கள் அந்த துறையில் வேலை கொண்டிருப்பார்கள்.
